Out of the tube it looks like any other compound I have used. When its in place for a few months and you take the heatsink off you can see a clear oily substance that separates from the compound. I queried this with doc-solder and they stated that this is the mineral oil the separates out and does not affect the performacne. I agree its very efficient, even with the separation the compound remains supple and does not take a great deal of effort to remove the hreatsink like many other much more expensive compounds.

Nice compound, use it 5 times now and there is still loads in the tube. You only need a teeny tiny bit, half a grain of rice in size in the middle of the chip.

A+, will get it again. Easy to clean off too.

This is good compound, I would have given a rating of 5 BUT I am only giving 4 because there are better compounds! BUT not for this price, you cant go wrong.

Returning customer. I have bought heaps of this for my computer repair business and never reviewed this paste. So after over a year of using this I have to say that it performs great. You dont get the cementing issue that happens with AS coumpound where it sets up and makes heatsinks hard to remove. This compound does go off I wont lie, but the heatsink is still really easy to remove.
